The title of this song is known to be called How I Became The Sea like you were describing about it like "I was fishing with my friends on a big wooden boat. Soon while I was sailing and I fell into the sea. A mermaid fished me up and she said there was one thing. The only way to bring me up shore is to be a water creature. Sadly it was all taken so soon I became the sea and I lived happily in the river".
